Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your data from PropPal Executive Assistant ("PropPal EA"), a product of Tyto Labs Pte. Ltd. [UEN: 202621053Z].

Request deletion in one step
Email us from the email address associated with your PropPal EA account, with the subject line "Delete my account":
We will verify your request and delete or de-identify your data from our active systems within 30 calendar days.
1. How to request deletion
1.1 By email. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line "Delete my account" and (optionally) include the phone number or WhatsApp Business Account ID linked to your account so we can locate it quickly.
1.2 Verification. We may ask reasonable questions to verify your identity and your authority over the account before processing the deletion request.
1.3 Lost access to your registered email. If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your account, contact us with alternative proof of account ownership (for example, the WhatsApp Business phone number connected to your account, your most recent billing details, or your CEA registration number) and we will use reasonable means to verify your identity before processing the request.
2. What gets deleted
Once your request is verified, we delete or de-identify the following from our active systems:
- your account and profile data (phone number, business identity, CEA registration number, WhatsApp Business Account identifiers, Meta Business Portfolio identifiers);
- WhatsApp messages, attachments, contact records, and chat history processed through the Service;
- CRM records, notes, lead pipelines, qualification answers, and viewing schedules you stored in the Service;
- AI-generated outputs (summaries, drafts, extracted fields, Lead Concierge auto-replies);
- tone of voice training samples and personalisation context you provided to enable Lead Concierge;
- Google OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) if you connected Google Calendar; and
- support and account correspondence with us, except where retention is required by law.
3. How long deletion takes
3.1 We will acknowledge receipt of your deletion request within 5 business days, and will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete or de-identify your data from active systems within 30 calendar days of verifying your request.
3.2 Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days on a rolling basis and will be overwritten in accordance with our backup cycles, unless earlier removal is required by law.
4. What may be retained
4.1 We may retain certain data after deletion where required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Billing and accounting records — for 5 years to comply with the Singapore Companies Act s.199 and Income Tax Act s.67;
- Audit logs of consent actions — for 24 months for legal and dispute-resolution purposes;
- Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot be used to identify you or any individual; and
- Data retained for legal, regulatory, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, accounting, or enforcement purposes.
4.2 Detailed retention periods for each data category are set out in Section 14 of our Privacy Policy.
5. Disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account
You may disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account from PropPal EA at any time:
- From within PropPal EA, in your account settings; or
- From your Meta Business Portfolio, by removing PropPal EA's access in business.facebook.com → Business Settings → Integrations.
Disconnection stops PropPal EA from accessing your WhatsApp Business Account but does not by itself delete data already processed by PropPal EA. To delete that data, submit a deletion request as described in Section 1.
6. Disconnect Google Calendar (Pro tier)
You may disconnect Google Calendar from PropPal EA at any time:
- From within PropPal EA, in your Smart Viewings settings; or
- From your Google Account, by revoking PropPal EA's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
On disconnection, we delete the OAuth tokens within 7 calendar days and stop accessing the Google Calendar API on your behalf. Events created by PropPal EA in the separate "PropPal Viewings" calendar remain in your Google Calendar; you can hide, unsubscribe from, or delete that calendar from Google Calendar at any time.
7. Deletion of a Lead's data
If you are a Lead (an end customer of a property agent who uses PropPal EA), and you wish to have your personal data deleted, please first contact the agent who messaged you, as the agent is the controller of that data. PropPal EA processes Lead data on the agent's behalf as a data intermediary under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
If the agent does not respond, or if you cannot identify the agent, you may also contact us at [email protected] and we will redirect, coordinate, or assist with your request where appropriate.
